2009
Nobby made his first local appearance at The Black Hills Stock Show. As you can see Nobby loved meeting all his fans. Everyone was very impressed with temperament. When all the other stallions were screaming and kicking their stall walls, Nobby was laying down with a pile of hay between his front legs munching away. |

This is the lovely Nola, my beloved spotted mare. Unfortunately I lost Nola this summer after a brief illness. Nola had a darling colt on June 8, 2009. I have named him Seamus and he will stay with me so in some small way Nola will still be with me. |

This is a picture of Fergus. In February Ruari and Fergus performed together at the Sioux Falls Stock Show. Everyone was shocked that 2 stallions could be right next to each other and in fact are pasture mates along with 2 other stallions. |

This summer Ruari and Jezebel and Callahan all participated in the Gold Rush Days Parade. Everyone did very well even with all the people and the marching bands and noisy vehicles. Doesn't Ruari look handsome pulling the Meadowbrook! |

This past summer Callahan was named Grand Champion Gypsy Stallion at the Continental Divide Horse Show. |
|
 |
Ruari also competed at the Continental Divide Horse Show and took home a number of ribbons. I loved this shot of him in the arena. Doesn't he look handsome in his western attire. |

 |
In September we went to the Heartland Feathered Classic. It was such fun. Here is Ruari going into the arena in one of English riding classes. |

In October Nobby was inducted as a Legendary Stallion at The National Gypsy Horse Show in Lexington, Kentucky Here he is on a walkabout with 2 of my friends, Teva and Neve Mayer. Like any proper Gypsy Horse, Nobby loves spending time with children. |
